Mapping 2nd domain name

Good afternoon. I bought another domain name and would like to have my site re-routed there. This is the second domain name so I’m hoping I can map both the wordpress.com site and my first url (myedietsjourney.com) to my new url (bodyrebooted.com). I tried this once before and I lost all my followers and I don’t want to make that mistake again. Please let me know the steps to do this. Thank you!
