  I wish to cancel the automatic renewal of the mapping of ringelnatz.org (Aktiv – wird am 9. Oktober 2015 verlängert). Regards, Beatgeneration

  Hallo,

  you can cancel your renewal from your Dashboard, going to to > Store > My Upgrades.

  You must be logged in as Admin under the same account that you used to register your blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade.

  Are you sure that it isn’t there when you view Store > My Upgrades? Are you logged as Admin under the correct account?

  I am logged in as Admin, bought the “mapping” as such and can’t stop the “automatic renewal of the mapping” (after a year) by clicking anywhere under store ….. So: yes I am sure.
