Mapping a Domain

  When I go to map a domain for my blog it says $13/year. Then, when I go to check out the price jumps to $99. Why is this? My domain is rdlife.org.

  Hi there,

  Domains can only be added as part of a plan. Only once you’ve added a plan can you connect additional domains at $13 each.

  The reason you see the $13 cost if you go to My Site ->Domains ->Add is because there is already a Premium Plan in your cart. If you click the shopping cart icon top-right on that screen and remove the plan from your cart, you won’t see the $13 price but see a button saying Upgrade instead.

  If you don’t want to pay for Premium you can look at our Personal Plan instead which is a lot cheaper. You can add that plan under My Site ->Plans, and then add the domain mapping afterwards.
