Mapping a domain

  Hi together,

  a few motnhs ago, I was mapping my wordpress page with an already registered domain and payed 13,00 EUR.
  Now I am trying to map to wordpress page https://thaiuebersetzer.wordpress.com/ to thaiuebersetzer.de (domain is already registered) , but this is now only possible by upgrading to a premium tarif (99 EUR).
  Did the conditions changed?

  Hi Aunchun –

  New WordPress.com accounts are required to have an upgraded plan in order to map their domains. You can do this through WordPress.com Personal for $35.88/year.

  What is the domain URL that you previously mapped? I can check to see if it is under an older user account.

  Hi lizkarkoski,

  the wordpress page is https://thaiuebersetzer.wordpress.com/ which should ne mapped to http://www.thaiuebersetzer.de (main domain).

  When I try to map, wordpress only give me the option by upgrading to premium and pay 99,00 EUR :((((

  Please try to sign in using all of your email addresses. Each user account requires a unique email address. Perhaps you will be able to find the older account and sign in that way. https://thaiuebersetzer.wordpress.com/ is connected to the account you’ve contacted us from here.

  If not, you will be able to map your domain with WordPress.com Personal for $35.88/year from https://wordpress.com/pricing/
