Mapping a domain

    Hi,
    I owe a domain which is .com.au and I’d like to mapping to a website that I’m building here. Can I do it? Can you confirm me that when I map a domain, it will not change the address to the worldpress’s address? I don’t want to redirect my domain, I’d like customers look on their address bar mydomain.com.au, NOT the domain of worldpress.

    Finally, if I buy the personal plan, can I get a refund if it doesn’t work?

    Hi there,

    If you already own a domain name, let’s say XYZ.com

    And you have a site here on WordPress.com, let’s say ABC.wordpress.com

    When you map XYZ.com to ABC.wordpress.com, the address will remain XYZ.com and not change to wordpress.com’s address.

    But this requires an upgraded plan. More info on refunds here –
