mapping a domain

  Hi. About a week ago I was attempting to add a domain to my account which U have purchased through an external provider and map it. As something went wrong and I had no time to fix it, I cancelled purchased subscription. Now I was trying to come back to this matter and a notice on the screen warns me that I was trying to map that external domain and tells me to try again later or contact suport. Could you please make this option available, to map an external domain js1609.waw.pl to be added to my account js1609.wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  I was able to map js1609.waw.pl for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

  1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  2) If you haven’t done so already, point the domain to our name servers:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains
