Hi amakvitaa,
Just to confirm — it sounds like you wish to move back to WordPress.com and use ngstudents.com as the custom domain for the site you create here. Is that correct? If so, the domain can be connected to WordPress.com with domain mapping or transferred here.
I want the fund to be deducted from my wordads account
I’m not sure what you mean, can you tell me more about what you want to do? :)

My card can’t pay for the domain mapping, so I want the funds to be deducted from my wordads earnings, a happiness engineer named kokkieh renewed it for me last year using my wordads account balance. Thanks

Good morning –
I’ve deducted the $13 mapping from your WordAds earnings to cover a year of domain mapping.
The mapping of ngstudents.com has been connected to myschoolng.wordpress.com. That’s how it was set up previously.
Let me know if you need anything else :)
If it’s better, we can set up the mapping for multiple years using what’s left in that WordAds earnings account.

Thanks, but having mapped a customers domain to my site, I expects my wordads account to be live again, but it’s just showing blank boxes with no ads
The website name is ngstudents.com

Hi there,
WordAds is active on that site, and I can see WordAds ads when I view it on my end.
Advertisers bid in real time on your site when someone loads it in their browser, and which advertisers bid depends on factors like the site visitor’s location, browser history, etc. If you’re not seeing ads, and you’re not blocking ads in your browser, it means advertisers aren’t bidding on your site at that moment, but that does not mean they aren’t bidding on traffic from other visitors.
