Mapping a domain and the transfer of current content

  I’m looking to map a current domain to a WordPress blog, but I’m wondering if it will also transfer over the content I already have on a current site. I’m new to mapping domains, so I’m not too sure what it means to map a website. I’m hoping that the content I have on my current site can get transferred over.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will not need to transfer anything. The custom domain just replaces your ______.wordpress.com domain. The site itself is exactly the same.
