mapping a domain that has a blog and webstore

    I think I understand mapping my domain to wordpress.com but my site includes a webstore, could this be a problem so, I am trying to ask questions before I try mapping it to wordpress! I also want to know if mapping my domain to wordpress will impact the 2 I already have
