Mapping a Subdomain

    Hi,
    I was trying to follow the description following this link to map my subdomain to my domain but I cannot find the paths at all using the method to add under this option ‘If the domain’s DNS is not managed at WordPress.com (ie, it’s with GoDaddy, 1&1, etc)’ : https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-subdomain/#adding-a-mapping-subscription
    That was STEP 1. But I already did STEP 2, added my subdomain CNAME record with my domain registrar.
    Could you please help? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    To what site are you trying to map a subdomain? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com.

    The only two sites in your account are self-hosted WordPress sites, connected here via the Jetpack plugin. Those sites are not hosted on our servers, so our subdomain mapping process does not apply to those sites at all.

    If you want to map a subdomain to either of those sites, you need to contact the hosting provider for that site directly for help with this, as this needs to be set up in your hosting control panel on that end.
