Mapping Additional Domains without upgrading

    Hi, my husband has a wordpress account and is able to map addition domains for £11 without having to upgrade to a paid subscription. Why is this option not available to me? I am currently on the free package. Thanks

    Hi there,

    We made a change early in 2016 that domains can now only be added as part of a plan. At this stage accounts created before that change are still able to register or map domains without buying a plan, but for new accounts this is no longer possible.

    If you invite your husband’s username as an admin on your site, he might be able to buy a domain mapping upgrade for your site via his account. But if that doesn’t work you will need to look at one of our plans to add a domain.
