mapping an existing domain

I own the domain zennora.sv and I want to map it to zennora.wordpress.com. I have a paid account under that blog but i keep getting the “has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.” error.
I have changed the domain’s nameservers to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, and n3.wordpress.com and still no love.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Help, please? It seems to be a widespread problem from what I can see with little concrete assistance. I did this with another .sv domain in the past but now doesn’t work.
Guidance soonest would be appreciated.

Nope: Sorry but zennora.sv has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.
It is clearly registered and is pointing to your name servers, as I did so in the past.

It is clearly registered and is pointing to your name servers, as I did so in the past … with a separate .sv domain on a separate account.

motamman, that appears to be related to the domain extension, some domains we need to manually add to your account. I’m going to send an email to the address associated with your WordPress.com account, then we can proceed with your domain mapping. Please post here if you don’t receive it.
