Mapping an Existing Domain

  1and1 have my domain name and will continue to manage it. I recently upgraded from WordPress.com to .co.uk and asked 1and1 to manage the change from their side as I did not understand what wordpress was asking me to do. Could you please tell me what to do now. Every thing is working well but I am still getting emails from wordpress saying that I have to do something. What HAS to be done?
