Mapping an existing domain: DNS ip addresses

    Hi,
I’m trying to move my WordPress blog “provasantuario.wordpress.com” to my domain “santuariotirano.it”, that I purchased with Register.it: I followed the instructions and I mapped my domain but when I have to update my DNS settings and replace my domain’s name servers with NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM, my registrar ask me to insert also the IP address for each dns address.
What should I do? Can you help me please? Thank you very much!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, as I said: but when I try to replace any existing name servers on my domain registrar with the three domain name server (DNS) addresses (NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM, NS3.WORDPRESS.COM), my registrar (Register.it) ask me an IP Address for each DNS address… which values should I use?

    Thank you

  • Hi there,

You can use the following values:

    ns1.wordpress.com (198.181.116.9)

    ns2.wordpress.com (198.181.117.9)

    ns3.wordpress.com (192.0.74.9 )
