Mapping and the wordpress URL

  If I direct an exising URL (www.thefullblog.com)to my WordPress blog using the three WordPress NS addresses (ns1,2,3.wordpress.com) will people who have the original wordpress URL still be able to reach my blog at that address ie; http://thefullblog.wordpress.com?

  Also how do WordPress collect their $10 payment for this facility?

  They only deal through paypal, and all the links to your old URL will still work just fine.
