mapping country specific domain

  i created mergemcuaparatu.wordpress.com, then bought mergemcuaparatu.ro. i purchased the mapping and set the .ro domain as primary, just like the guide said. i also cleared my cache and everything. now, if i type the domain name, it doesn’t lead to the wordpress blog content, it just says “Oops! Google Chrome could not find mergemcuaparatu.ro”
  so, what did i do wrong? how can i fix it?

  Although mergemcuaparatu.ro has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. We Volunteers cannot add a zone record for the domain you’ve specified.   the registrar hadn’t activated the domain yet. everything is fine now. thanks a lot for the help, you can untag it now, i think. have a great day!
