I want a refund for domain mapping. posttribnetwork.org I just purchased it March 16, 2012 at 9:17 pm CT and the pages will not load at all. I tried to get help and no reply. How do I get a refund of $12.00?
I have emailed wordpress.com twice and gotten no reply.
I also tried to cancel my domain mapping and was told I could not do this cause it was not my domain? When it is.

First of all, the domain posttribnetwork.org presently redirects to your WordPress.com site posttribnetwork.wordpress.com
So first, check to make sure that you set up your domain as the primary domain in your domain dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain
If you just want a refund, it is possible to request it from the Dashboard, but I will go ahead and tag this thread for Staff attention and as Support is closed over the weekend, please be patient while they get back to you.

When I did have posttribnetwork.org selected it would not work so I went back to the posttribnework.wordpress.com because we could not get to the site to edit or anything.
The reason when you go to http://www.posttribnetwork.org it goes to posttribnetwork.wordpress.com is because I did a redirect code on my last forum/blog to go to posttribnetwork.wordpress.com so our members could find us.
I did request from the dashboard and got no reply. When I tried to cancel it said I couldn’t. I have followed everything I could and read for hours with no results.
I just would like $12.00 refund and I will redirect my domain to my wordpress blog myself.
Thank you for your reponsse and I hope to hear from staff soon!

It can take 24 to 72 hours for the changes to reach the far corners of the internet – also you will probably be the last one to see the changes take place due to caching issues.
Changes usually start after a few hours but the bottom line is it take time for the changes to migrate and things to settle down – just the way the internet works.

It was working fine for about 3 hours and then it wouldn’t display any of my pages or posts. I couldn’t even get to the site it would take me to an error page or the godaddy site.
I contacted Godaddy and they said everything was correct on their end it was on wordpress.com end.
So, I begin to contact wordpress.com not knowing there was not 24 hour service 7 days a week.
I got the domain going to the blog another way and it works.
I just want to get my refund.
Thanks!

It looks like one of my colleagues refunded you today. Depending on your credit card provider, you should see the credit on your statement within 10 days.
