Hi there!
Your domain servers reside with the registrar of your domain. While you have c-eclecticstyle.com mapped here at WordPress.com, it is not registered here.
Your registration information can be found here:
http://who.is/whois/c-eclecticstyle.com
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

I just bought a domain from 1and1 and I bought the upgraded domain mapping. So I was notified that i have to change the nameservers but when i went into domain management, the only tab i had was email and Edit DNS. Not nameservers

You must change your name servers with 1and1. Name servers are always changed with the domain registrar. I went to 1and1’s support page and found these directions which will help you understand how to adjust your name servers:
https://help.1and1.com/domains-c36931/manage-domains-c79822/dns-c37586/use-your-own-name-server-for-a-1and1-domain-a594904.htmlYour name servers should be:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comMore instructions on mapping a domain that you have registered outside of WordPress.com can be found here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domainSo how do I register my domain that I bought on wordpress?
If you bought your domain on WordPress.com, you would have access to your name servers at Store → My Domains. However, I don’t see a domain that you’ve registered here at WordPress.com.
I hope this helps! Take care.
