Hi there,
It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Currently, it’s set to:
- ns69.domaincontrol.com
- ns70.domaincontrol.com
You can view this here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=coachlauralink.com
Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
For more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

Your nameservers have still not updated to ours. Take a look at your nameservers here:
https://who.wildwestdomains.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=coachlauralink.com&prog_id=wildwestdomains
If you want it to point to your WordPress.com site, you need to have WordPress.com nameservers. Once they are updated you should see your WordPress.com site.
Cheers!

Hi there,
I’m so sorry, but we don’t provide phone support at this time. But essentially what you should do are these steps:
1) Go to: godaddy.com
2) You’ll see at the top their phone support line: 24/7 Support(480) 505-8877
3) Call that, and tell them your domain is: coachlauralink.com.
4) Tell them to update the name servers to:- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
5) If they say you can’t and need to do it via A Records or IP Addresses, here they are:
- 192.0.78.12
- 192.0.78.13
Just note, we don’t have a single IP address for your site since we have your site on a number of geographically-diverse servers to improve speed and uptime.
Since we change out the IPs we use based on when different datacenters/server go online, we don’t suggest using IP addresses. If your site goes down at any time, let us know and we can give you the new IP addresses.
