Mapping domain and Keeping email

  I changed the DNS Server information at register.com to map our domain to to wordpress site. I need help with changing the email aspect of this process so that our email still works. I have the C Name and MX name that wordpress will need. Can someone help me?

  WordPress.com does not offer an email service for domains. Please see add email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

  Register.com gave me this information after changing DNS Server information and still wanting to use register.com’s email account. They said contact the domain name administrator and ask them to enter the following information in the domain’s zone file:

  In C Name: mail.altsinvestmentgroup.com points to: mymail5.myregisteredsite.com
  In MX: altsinvestmentgroup.com Priority: High inbound.registeredsite.com

  WordPress asks for the following format to do this:

  Sample records
  MX 10 MAIL1.EXAMPLE.COM.
  MX 20 MAIL2.EXAMPLE.COM.
  TXT v=spf1 include:mail.example.com ~all
  CNAME autodiscover EXCHANGE.EXAMPLE.COM.
  A webmail 1.2.3.4
  SRV _xmpp-client._tcp 10 10 5269 example.com.

  How should put in my information to make sure this is done right. I am no expert with this stuff!
