Mapping domain in Personal Plan

  Hi,
  I’m wondering if it’s possible to attach/map my existing domain to personal plan? I would like to use my old domain name and the size of personal plan would suit me better than premium.

  Hi there,

  You can definitely map a domain with the personal plan.

  In order to use your domain hosted elsewhere with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Then, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site.

  Hi there,

  You can opt for a Personal upgrade plan for mapping your domain if it suits your requirements. It will allow you to use your existing domain.
