mapping domain name?

  I’m just a tad confused, I currently have a free plan with wordpress.com, and a registered domain name elsewhere, to get my domain name (settlementagreement.org) to my free wordpress site, do I need to pay to upgrade my plan AND pay for mapping?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
