mapping domain name or redirecting?

    Hi, please I have bought a domain name with Go daddy and want to map it back to my wordpress account and it’s still asking for payment, does it mean Go daddy will host the domain name and all I can do is forward the domain name here? What if I need yo change the blog theme, how do I manage that as well?
