Mapping domain not working.

  Dear Support:

  I have followed all instructions to ‘map’ my wordpress.org domain (registered with dreamhost) to my new wordpress.com site, but the old site is still showing, even after clearing cache, and it’s been a couple weeks. I’m not sure what I’m missing. Please help!!

  Hi Christina,

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Currently, it’s set to:

  Dreamhost

  You can view this here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=soulistic.asia

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Hello!

  My domain is successfully mapping to wordpress.com now, but, as warned in your instructions, my emails are not working yet. Dreamhost has given me the necessary MX/DNS records as follows:

  mail A 69.163.253.135
  mail MX 0 mx1.sub4.homie.mail.dreamhost.com.
  mail MX 0 mx2.sub4.homie.mail.dreamhost.com.
  mailboxes A 208.97.187.203
  http://www.mailboxes A 208.97.187.203
  webmail A 208.97.187.139
  http://www.webmail A 208.97.187.139

  Could you please help me format this into my DNS records so that I can start receiving emails?

  Since my emails are working, I’d be grateful if you could copy your reply to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so that I am aware of your response.

  I’ve added the A records (I see that you were able to add the MX records). Please allow at least 72 hours for propagation.
