Mapping Domain Problem – Problem with wordpress.com website
-
I’m trying to map my blog to a domain I already own. When I try to put it in, I get the error message that it’s already owned (by me). There’s a check box to click if you’re the one who owns it, but I can’t click it because there is text over top of it and I can’t get my cursor to click on the box. I’ve tried this several times and it’s the same thing every time. I have a screen shot of it. How do I talk to a real person from wordpress.com?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Everyone that helps in the forum is a live person – no zombies allowed – also no phone support
Are you following these instructions?

Yes, is there way to attach a screen shot here? It’s not what I’m doing that’s the problem. It’s that the website won’t let me click on the box.

You might have a browser issue
Screen shots need to be hosted somewhere (can be in your media library if you want) and a link to the screen shot posted here – you can’t insert an image into the forum

I’ll double check that later tonight. Thanks. Maybe I’ll try in a different browser and it will work.
