mapping domain, removing ads, etc.

    Hi
    I run several blogs in wordpress and have several domains out of wordpress.
    I would like to choose one of these options:

    -Transfer your domain away from your current registrar.

    -Map your domain without moving it from your current registrar.
    Do I have to upgrade my account to a personal one? to which one?
    If I upgrade to a personal account, i.e? Can I take advantage of the removing ads option? **** and, Can I map my domain without moving from the existing company?***
    Both at the same time?

    I just would like to upgrade my plan and see if I can have some benefits, removing ads, and map my domain.

    If not, please, Could you recomend me any other plan that suits my needs?

    Yes, with Personal Plan upgrade you can remove WordPress.com ads and map your domain keeping its registration at existing company.
