Mapping domain result in "redirection loop"

  Hello,
  Starting a blog hosted by WordPress (wakeuptiti.wordpress.com), I also bought a domain name with OVH (wakeuptiti.com). However, after following the mapping instruction, the site won’t display.
  I have a “redirection loop” error (“Cette page Web présente une boucle de redirection.” in French). The domain did work a couple of times on my smartphone, but later it shows the error again.

  Now the only way to access to my site is to reset the primary domain to wakeuptiti.wordpress.com and then type that address.

  Is there something I miss in the instruction ? Many thanks for your help !

  Hello!

  Couple things
  1. Can you verify the nameservers are pointing in the right direction?
  See also: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
  2. If they are, it could take 72 hours for it to propagate across the internet.
  3. If it has been pass the 72 hour mark try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  Hi,
  thank you for your help. I checked the DNS and name servers. I took some time but it seems to work now.

  The strange thing is that it did work for some minutes before, then error appeared again.
  Hopefully, it is now all set.
