Mapping domains

  I want to choose the premium plan, getting a free custom domain = (.com)

  Is it possible to afterwards transfer a second domain to WordPress.com, that I already own = (.de) ?

  I think this would be done that way: “Map the domain. Your domain registration will stay with your current provider, and you’ll point the domain to WordPress.com instead.“

  Can you do it? Both getting a free custom domain and mapping another one to my blog?

  Are both of these domains going to show the same site? Or would you have them set up to be different sites?

  Both of these domains are going to show the same site. Well, basically the same site.

  My idea is to have the (.com) domain showing my german language site translated into english via Google Translater. Maybe someone can answer the applicability of that as well?

  So I don’t know of a way to make Google Translate automatically translate a site based on the domain ending. But we do have a translation widget that may help:
