Mapping Domains between wordpress.com and wordpress.org

I have a wordpress.com site (dominacity.com) that I am trying to turn into a wordpress.org site (renidar.php.us). I’m sure I’ll be making another post shortly about how to do all this, but if I do it, and make the wordpress.org site the primary domain, I just have two questions:
1: Will dominacity.com redirect to renidar.php.us?
2: Will I be able to host third-party ads on the new site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The terms of service of the blog host apply to the blog, so if your blog is not hosted at WordPress.com it isn’t under our terms of service. You can point your domain name to the new site if you get a site redirect and change where the name points in accordance with http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
