mapping existing domain to wordpress

  To Map an existing domain to wordpress, do i have to update name servers first before i enter custom DNS records?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is a good idea to change your DNS (at your registrar) as early as possible, to allow time for the domain change to propagate. You can find full instructions here:
