mapping existing domains under the Premium plan

    First of all, apologies if this has previously been covered: I haven’t managed to find anything other than references to simply mapping the existing domain.

    Does the Premium plan cover/include a mapping of an existing domain, or do I have to pay the additional fee (-currently £11 UK/$13 US) on top of my purchase of the Premium plan ?
