Mapping extension

  I want to extend domain mapping for my website, that I already did. It expired few months ago. Now I need to renew mapping. But I don’t see any buttons or any links for extending.
  Can you help me to manage it?

  Are you referring to maokofilms.com? If so, that domain mapping upgrade is owned by another user account. In order to renew it, you will need to be logged in as that user or ask that user to login and renew the upgrade under Store -> My Upgrades. Do you have access to that user account?

  Than how I can find out by what user it was done before and if possible how to extend it from my recent account? I own a domain by myself.

  Hi,

  You can see other users on that blog from the following page:

  There are three options to renew the domain moving forward:

  1. Ask the current owner to login and renew the upgrade.

  2. Ask the current owner to submit a request to help@wordpress.com to transfer the domain mapping upgrade to your user account. That way, you could renew it going forward.

  3. Ask the current owner to login and navigate to Store -> My Upgrades and cancel the upgrade. This way, you could purchase a new mapping upgrade for that domain under your user account.
