Mapping fee refund

  Hi there,
  I paid an upgrade to map a domain I bought on GoDaddy. The fee was $13
  I realised I have made a mistake and plan on actually self hosting and using wordpress.org instead.
  Am I eligible for a refund for that $13
  When i click on cancel and refund the following message appears
  “You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.”

  I realise the cost of the domain won’t be refunded but will the upgrade fee be refunded?

  I’ve removed your Upgrade and refunded the associated charge, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
