mapping for an existing domain

Hi,
I bought mapping through your wordpress site for an existing domain but it still is not redirecting I have changed the Nameservers and cleared cache on my computer.
Please can you advise.

Clearly the domain mapping isn’t working yet. It may take upto 48 hours for the mapping to work. So be patient.What is the domain name that you have mapped the site “jennifermayevans.wordpress.com” to ?
Hope you have purchased the domain mapping upgrade for the right site and you have followed the instructions from here.

I wondered if I’d applied it to the wrong blog but I have 2 with no info on so wouldn’t make a difference.
I’ll wait until tomorrow and see if it’s working. Also on the wordpress page it says that no upgrades have been paid for.. Not sure if paying to direct to an existing domain is an upgrade but I have been billed via PayPal but no evidence on wordpress site. Bit concerned now! I’ll follow up again if it’s still not working in 48hrs

Looks like the mapping is still not into effect. Could you please try the mapping again from your WordPress.com site. I am thinking the mapping you did last time didn’t stick. Please do purchase the mapping again if it is required. We can ask the staff to refund you if you get charged twice.

Were you charged for the domain mapping? Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History?
No Domain Mapping Found
There is no domain mapping upgrade for jenniferandkenny.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.

Hi, thanks for replies..yes there’s nothing in billing history but I have been charged through Paypal.. I guess I can try it again and pay again.
How do you get a refund for this though?

we can tag this thread for a staff to look into and they can take care of the refunds. But, I would suggest you do the mapping again and check if you are charged again. Also lets see if the mapping sticks this time.

Do you have more than one account? You should be able to see any charges in Billing History – usual problems with seeing charges is logging in as an account that did not purchase the upgrade.
did you buy a bundle or and individual upgrade?

I can confirm that the domain jenniferandkenny.com is registered and has the correct name servers however, it is not mapped to any WordPress.com sites. Please try to map the domain again.
To map a domain to your site follow the prompts at:
