Mapping from main to subdomain

  Once you change the domain’s (lvib.org) DNS settings it might take a while to propagated. Therefore I’ve already added the www1 sub-domain for you, but haven’t deleted the old one yet. This means both domain mappings will just keep working and makes this a smooth transition.

  Once the DNS propagated is fully done I’ll remove the old domain mapping from your account.

  Sounds good, thank you. How do you know when the DNS is propagated though if the switch isn’t initiated?

  Hi, just wondering about the setup: On the Dashboard the domain shows just as www1 – shouldn’t it be www1.lvib.org?

  It shows up as www1.lvib.org now. Let me know once the DNS has been changed and I’ll keep an eye on it.

  Hi there, any news on the DNS changes? can I remove the domain mapping upgrade for lvib.org?

  Yes – it’s all in place now and you can remove lvib.org.
  Please not www1.lvib.org though :)
