  Hello there,

  I made a website with WordPress and I followed the instructions that are available in WordPress:
  nullhttp://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Now I have a problem!, the website that I had previously on the same domain is available but not the one I made with WordPress! what should I do, please help

  Domain helper shows that you have things set correctly but you are inside the 72 hours period for changes to reach the far corners of the internet

  Ok, that is the problem. It is the old version of my website. I do not need this one. I built another one with WordPress. I need that one to be loaded.

  http://awatnews.com/ – loads to a WordPress.COM blog fine – see below

  saying “old version” does not really help anyone help you – we would need more specific info. what old site etc – was it a site self hosted or located on WordPress.COM, if so what were the URL’s

  Primary Blog is Set

  awatnews.com is set as the primary domain for awatnews.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

  Looking at Google cache it looks like you used to have a site that was not on WordPress.COM, written in php but not a WordPress.ORG install

  Yes, the old one( the one that is loading now) was in PHP, but now I have one website in WordPress.com, and I mapped to show the WordPress one instead of the PHP one, but now the awatnews.wordpress.com and awatnews.com both load the old one.

  you have a few options at this point

  Best is to turn your computer off and take a long walk – you are still inside the 72 hour time frame for changes to reach the far corners of the internet – during this time access to a web site will be erratic

  you will be the last one to see the changes due to caching issues

  try forcing a page reload and clearing your browser caches

  important note – DON’T CHANGE ANY SETTINGS –
