From the domain helper:
There is no domain mapping upgrade for setinstonegaming.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it and the domain mapping purchase here every year.
Important Notes Before Upgrading http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgrading
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually. In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.
See here for mapping an existing domain that you already own http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Please post screenshot. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

I’m sorry but I don’t have an answer to that question. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Don’t bump your thread here again by posting to it because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the date and time stamps forward and it takes longer to get help.

It looks like there are a few different issues here.
First of all, for the site at setinstonegaming.wordpress.com, domain mapping was purchased a year ago, but the renewal did not go through due to a declined payment, and the upgrade expired on April 13, 2014.
Second, it looks like a different WordPress.com user purchased the site redirect upgrade, for which you have supplied a screenshot. That will point the domain to a different hosting provider, rather than map the domain to a WordPress.com site. Was your intention to have the site hosted on WordPress.com or elsewhere? I can see that you have the nameservers set to WordPress.com.
If you wish to continue to use setinstonegaming.wordpress.com as your site, with the custom domain setinstonegaming.com pointing to it, the user who owns that upgrade should cancel site redirect and purchase domain mapping instead. If they need assistance, they can post in this thread requesting that we cancel the site redirect upgrade.

It depends on what you’re trying to achieve. If you want to point the domain to WordPress.com, you’ll need domain mapping rather than site redirect. If you want to point the site to a different hosting provider, you just need to update the name servers on the domain, and site redirect is optional.
