Mapping my domain

  I’m confused on what to do next. It says I need to go to my registrar’s site and change the name servers to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com and ns3.wordpress.com. Once that’s been done, the domain should start adding to my site automatically. Could someone clarify? My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
