Mapping my domain again

I need help with my domain. I have previously posted this issue yesterday and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.
Here is the problem:
I purchased a bundle, realized I needed a host and refunded the package.
During this time I noticed that every feature was immediately revoked (which is part of the refund process), then the domain area still said I owned it. Out of fear of losing the domain, I paid for the domain again, including: registering domain, making info private and web mapping. (I have the receipt and I have proof on my paypal account of all of these transactions.) The next day (yesterday) the domain refused to map to the address I repurchased and now I’m stuck where I paid for a service that I didn’t get. I would really appreciate it if I could talk over the phone or email with someone who could either refund me the $24 or remap the domain as soon as possible. I have potential clients already turning away!
