Hello everyone around, i would like your guidance support on how i can pay a mapping service for my blog, i have used my card linked to PayPal but i fail many times, just for payment of $13, if any other options, anyone can guide me or share advices,

I am not seeing any failed transactions associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. Are you getting an error message when you attempt the purchase? Have you tried contacting PayPal and asking them if there is an issue on their end?

Yeah, it s true i have not yet tried for this account, but when i try for everything else related i fail, especially hosting services, yes i get an error messages also my credit charged $1everytimes try it, of cause i have contacted them, they send me back to card issue, i went here twice just to finalize all required including account Limited amount, also my PayPal account shows yet verified, still i can’t pay any services, instead of this, i found charges to my credit, then i prefer different options if so you can tell me,
i m in Rwanda, i am not sure if region can matter for this,

I’m afraid that if your country is not listed here:

…you are going to find it difficult or impossible to pay via PayPal (our payments processor).
Your best bet is to asks someone in another country to make the payment for you. Frustrating, I am sure. But there is nothing we can do on our end.
