Mapping my Domain // Start of Authority

  Am Trying to map my domain tierchiropraktik-bayern.de to my WordPress-Blog.
  Changed DNS at my registrar, but still get error message: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

  Support at my registrar checked everything and said, wordpress needs to set an SOA start of authority entry in theier servers zonefile for my domain …

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I checked and confirmed that there is a zone record set up for your domain tierchiropraktik-bayern.de. You should now be able to point your domain to the following name servers:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  We also have more details about mapping your domain to WordPress.com, if you need.

  Hi,

  do I need all three name server entrys? As my Dashboard says only ns1 and ns2 is needed?

  So far it still does not work …

  If you have an option to add all three name servers, I recommend adding all of them. However, if there are only spaces for two name servers, that should also work.

  If you’re having trouble saving those name servers for your domain, your domain registrar can help with that step.
