Mapping My Domain to WordPress

    Yikes!
    I need to map my WordPress blogsite to my GoDaddy domain … GD says I need to purchase mapping from wp BEFORE I can update my settings/nameservers and WordPress site says I need to change them with GD first … nowhere on WordPress can I find a form etc to make the purchase and Support is away playing until Sept 19th!
    What am I missing – can anyone help?

    Yes, you need to change the DNS nameservers at godaddy to point to wordpress.com

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    Then you need to wait for a few hours to as much as 24 for the nameserver change to propagate through the internet nameservers, then you can do the domain mapping. WordPress has to see that the domain name is pointed here before it can be mapped.
