Mapping not working.

  I paid for mapping from my kansamuse.wordpress.com to kansamuse.com hosted on Hostblue. I let my .me expire since I will not need it on wordpress anymore since I am now doing a self hosted site. Now I am not able to log into my kansamuse.com.

  Oh no! This blog’s domain kansamuse.me expired 6 days ago!
  Unfortunately you cannot access this blog from kansamuse.me any more. This domain name expired on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 and will soon be canceled.

  Please contact the owners of this website and remind them to renew this domain before it’s too late. They need your help!

  Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to view the content of this blog at this web address: kansamuse.wordpress.com.

  I cleaned cashe and did all of the steps suggested I found in forum but I still get this when I log in to my self hosted kansamuse.com. I was under the impresssion that it would be revered back to kansamuse.worpress.com so that where I mapped from.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At present, your custom domain is mapped to your WordPress.com site, which means that visitors to kansamuse.com are going to be directed to the site you have hosted at WordPress.com, kansamuse.wordpress.com.

  If you’d like visitors to be directed to a site you have hosted elsewhere, you first need to change your domain’s name servers to point back to where your self-hosted site is located.

  Then, if you want visitors to kansamuse.wordpress.com to be directed there, you will need the Site Redirect Upgrade, not the Domain Mapping Upgrade:

  If this is the case and you need your Domain Mapping Upgrade removed and refunded, let me know, and I will be happy to assist you.

  I changed the name servers and now need assistance to remove the mapping and change to redirect. Thank you!
