Mapping not working

I have looked through the support and forum and have not been able to correct this. The nameservers are correct at my host (Mediatemple) and it still does not work. It worked for a long time…

On our end here things look to be set up correctly. I was looking at your WHOIS record for the domain and I noticed this:
Domain Status: clientHold
I’ve seen this happen a couple of times, it usually happens around a renewal, but your actual domain registration renewal took place a few months ago. When you did the mapping did you make any changes to your contact information or anything like that?
I think if you contact the registrar team at Mediatemple they would be able do something about that hold on the domain – it is what is preventing the domain from working.
