mapping not working and site name incorrect

  I am trying to map to robinkranich.com NOT robinkranichdotcom

  when I try it goes to my cart and some boxes pulsate (for lack of better word) and it doesn’t go any further.

  Any suggestions?

  I’m trying to recreate what you are experiencing, but I’m not able to. Perhaps there is a glitch with your account (hey, anything is possible).

  The account robinkranichdotcom.wordpress.com has been cancelled.

  Am I to assume that you would like to map the domain
  robinkranich.com to http://robinkranich.wordpress.com/ ?

  When following the steps from the link below, at which point do you start to see the pulsating boxes?
