MAPPING REFUND IN CANCELED CREDIT CARD!!!

    Hello,
    I cancelled my mapping because what I wanted is a domain, and WordPress is going to make the reimbursement, but my credit card has been cancelled this weekend because has been duplicated and I don’t know how to WordPress is going to refund the money if that card is not existing anymore.

    Any help??

    I’ll flag this for staff attention. If the refund went through before your card was cancelled then the credit will be transferred to your new card, but I expect the refund would be refused once the card is cancelled. Either way staff will be able to let you know what happened.

    I asked for the refund after the card was cancelled, so it will be refused. I hope, they ask me for new credit card number because there is no where I can add this information. I don’t know if there is any way to let them know the new information or if they will ask it to me.

    A refund has already been processed on our end. You may wish to wait a few days for the refund to process and then contact your bank or credit card issuer for further assistance.
