Mapping refund, need help.
-
I need a refund for the mapping service, but I deleted my blog, so i can’t go into my “purchases” and request one.
The mapping service needs to be taken off for my new website to run.
I need help immediately, as this is holding up my entire team.

Hi there,
You’re all sorted! The mapping has been removed and the $13 has been refunded back to you. Depending on your banking institution it can take between a few days and a few weeks for the credit to appear.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for your help, but I’m still having a problem. When I try to access my site now, it still seems like wordpress is interfering with the signal between my domain registry(Godaddy) and my host (HostGator).
Since I bought the domain myself and not through wordpress, I’m confused what’s going on, and I can’t figure out how to fix it.Here’s a picture of what it looks like when I try to go to grapevinebros.com:

I can’t figure out how to attach my screenshot, so here’s an imgur that I uploaded:

The error which is displaying now is one that you get when your domain is pointed at WordPress.com but you don’t have any mapping (which you now do not, since I removed it for you).
You now need to point your domain towards your hosting account with HostGator. They should have provided you with some nameservers when you created your hosting account. You’ll need to take those and log in to your account with your registrar. Change your nameservers and then wait an hour or two and your domain should go live with data from your new host!
