Mapping Renewal and Personal Plan

  I have a mapping renewal coming up at the end of February, but am considering upgrading to a Personal plan. That means I won’t need to pay the extra $13.00 for mapping, right? (Because the personal plan comes with one domain credit?)

  If that’s correct, what’s the best process? Do I upgrade now, and then cancel the mapping renewal?

  Hi there,

  You are correct, the mapping upgrade is included in the personal plan, so you will not pay a separate mapping subscription fee. What I can do is update your account with the personal plan which would include the mapping subscription for wendyhathaway.com. I would set it to have the same renewal date as your current mapping upgrade so that instead of renewing for $13, you would renew at the price of Personal Plan.

  Hi there,

  I have added the personal plan to your account and set the expiration date as the same as the mapping subscription. I have included the mapping subscription in the Personal Plan so now there will be just one charge for the plan.
