Mapping stopped working after renewal

    web-to-print.zetaprints.com was mapped to webtoprint.wordpress.com and the mapping lapsed.
    I added $10 and renewed the mapping. It shows as renewed and mapped in the dashboard, but when I go to web-to-print.zetaprints.com it shows a blank page with W-icon in the address bar. The subdomain points at the same IP as before (WordPress IP).

    Any idea what’s wrong?

    Try disk cleanup and/or defrag and restart. Sometimes the simpliest is what we overlook, but you probably know a lot more about ‘puters than I do. Wishing you good luck!

    webtoprint – I had a similar problem. Unfortunately, I can’t get to the section in my dashboard right this minute to give you the exact steps (seems they are doing some backend stuff) but what I ended up doing was changing the domain mapping from the mapped domain to the wordpress.com domain (put blog here) and then back again.

    If that doesn’t work, you probably have to contact support.
