mapping strato
-
Dear all, yesterday I thought I crashed my blog by changing my username. But now it seems as if the site remains white because of a default by mapping. Is it possible that the mapping (no subdomain please!) doesn’t work with the registrar “strato”? Did I pay 13 $ for nothing? Thanks for any advice – I hope I will see my blog again….
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not familiar with Strato, but if they are able to change name server records of a domain then domain mapping should work.
You currently have a registered domain (arnogahrmann.com). If you want to map an existing domain, go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
Please take look at the following guide before going through the process:

Hey Karim, thanks for your answer. Believe me strato is a problem. And if I had known this before I would have choosen another registrar. I called them: it’s not possible to change the server name records.
I had two full days horror with it!!! Now I try at first to solve the chaos step by step: the 13$ are compensated by now. Every think fine. But in my delusion I tried to solve the problem by saving http://www.arnogahrmann.com. But that was wrong. I cancelled it at the same day. But nothing happened. No reaction to my statement from wordpress. nothing. I payed 26$ for it and I don’t want to have it. Makes no sense. Please help me, although I behaved confused in these matter. Sorry for this. I hope you understand, best wishes Ina -
Your domain is active now, please try again. If you don’t see any change yet please try clearing out your browser cache.
